Resource for Realtors®: MA Attorney General's Consumer Advocacy & Response Division

In the 2008 time frame within the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office a unit was established known as Home Corps. Home Corps was specifically designed to assist consumers who were having difficulty communicating with and getting cooperation from lenders. 


The Home Corps effort has been incorporated into Attorney General’s Consumer Advocacy and Response Division. The Division will assist individuals who are having difficulty with their lender. 


The phone number for the Division is 617-727-8400 and they are taking calls between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
